Guides are written explanations of how something works, as opposed to tools that do it for you. There aren’t any yet.
This page exists so the section has a stable URL from day one. It’ll fill up later. The tools come first, and a guide is more useful once there’s a tool for it to point at.
What they’ll cover
The plan is to write about the things the tools touch, in enough depth to be worth your time.
How the formats actually work. What a JSON parser is really objecting to when it says “unexpected token.” Why a CSV that looks fine falls apart in a spreadsheet. What’s inside a JWT, and why you shouldn’t paste a live one into any website, including this one.
Accessibility and compliance in practice. What the European Accessibility Act actually asks of you. What changed in WCAG 2.2. Where automated checking stops being enough, which is earlier than most people expect.
The maths behind the calculators. The formulas our business and finance tools use, written out, so you can check our working instead of trusting it.
Why there’s nothing here yet
A guide worth reading takes longer to write than a tool takes to build. A thin article written to fill a slot helps nobody, and the internet has plenty of those already.
So this section stays empty until there’s something real to put in it.
If there’s something you’d like explained properly, the contact page is open. Requests beat guesswork.
