There’s no contact form here on purpose. A form means a plugin, a database table holding whatever you wrote, and usually a spam service that reads it on the way through. An email address does the same job without any of that.
Something’s broken
This is the most useful thing you can send us. We’d rather hear about a bug twice than not at all.
It helps if you can say which tool, what you were trying to do, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your browser and whether you’re on a phone or a desktop are worth mentioning too.
Don’t send us the actual file if it’s private. A small example that reproduces the problem is more useful anyway, and we’d rather not have your real data sitting in an inbox. That’s rather the point of the site.
You want a tool that doesn’t exist
Tell us what you need. If you can, tell us what you do instead right now. The clumsy manual workaround is usually the most useful detail, because it shows what the tool actually has to solve.
Something isn’t accessible
If part of this site doesn’t work with your keyboard, screen reader, magnifier, or anything else you use, please tell us. We treat those as bugs, not feature requests. Say what you were using and where you got stuck.
Anything else
Same address. It reaches the person who builds the site.
We’re small, so replies aren’t instant. Everything gets read.
